Consulting Agreement
This Consulting Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between ("Client") and Slumber Squad

1. No Refund Policy
Client acknowledges and agrees that all fees paid for consulting services are non-refundable. Once services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the outcome.

2. Services Provided
Consultant agrees to provide infant and toddler sleep consulting and parenting coaching services to Client in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement. Services may include but are not limited to personalized sleep plans, expert advice, ongoing support, and access to exclusive resources.

3. Liability Waiver
Client acknowledges that the services provided by Consultant are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Client agrees that Consultant shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the implementation of the advice or recommendations provided.

4. Confidentiality
Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by Consultant, including but not limited to sleep plans, advice, and resources. Clients shall not disclose any such information on social media, email, flyers, or to friends and family without the express consent of Slumber Squad.

5. Information for Immediate Family Only
Client understands and agrees that the information provided by Slumber Squad is meant for their immediate family only. Client shall not share this information with any third parties without the express consent Slumber Squad.

6. Release of Liability
Client releases Consultant from any liability arising from the use of the information provided. Client assumes full responsibility for the implementation of the advice and recommendations provided Slumber Squad.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
